Q. Are your support services free or fee based?
A.It depends on who you are. As a Just Web Services client, you enjoy free email support for life (we respond to emails on a first come, first serve basis). Phone support is free for the first 10 minutes and fee based thereafter (of course this applies to clients only).
As a prospective client, we will endeavour to provide support to you for as long as it makes economical sense to do so. Put differently, there is no guarantee that we will provide free support to you unless you are a Just Web Services client.
Q. How long does it take to get a response from Just Web Services?
A. Email correspondences are treated on a first come, first serve basis. So, it takes as long as your email takes to get to us bearing in mind that regardless of when your email gets to us, you will definitely get a response from the Just Web Services Support Team.
Q.Do you offer guarantees for your products?
A. Yes, limited guarantees that are strictly conditional. We have never had any problem till date on any online solution we have deployed because every solution we offer to clients undergo rigorous testing before we even think of showcasing it to the world. We have a dedicated software testing and benchmarking Team that ensures that nothing will go wrong with any online solution deployed by Just Web Services.
Just like any other thing in life, should you have a problem with any of our online solutions that is related to design and not misuse, we shall compensate you with partial or full refund if it will take more than 24 hours to remedy.
Q. Do you visit clients in their offices to offer support services?
A. It depends on the situation at hand. In more than 95% of the time all issues are resolved online. This is the beauty of web enabling your business, on the internet support is cheap and more effective when compared to the regular desktop applications that require time consuming support services.
Q. I would like to have pictures of my products and/or services on my website, how can you help?
A. You have a couple of options to handle pictures for your website project. A digital camera comes in handy since all you need do is snap and download. You may also take regular pictures of your items and have those pictures scanned and saved to a storage device like floppy diskette, CD or a memory stick.
We can help you with scanning at the rate of just N200.00 per picture (includes scanning, compressing and saving your pictures in the best format both for storage and for editing).
Very trusted clients may borrow our digital camera for use at an agreed price. |
